Marianna is the main instructor, with having 32 years of riding experience .
Marianna has been riding since she was 13 and has had her own ponies in the Netherlands where she grew up.
In November 1980 she came to NZ to visit her aunty and uncle and met Brian, her present husband, while on holiday in KatiKati on a tramping camp.
Married in November 1981 they milked cows for the next 20 years.
Marianna had a horse during their dairy years, but when the dairy farm was sold, Marianna got into horses in a big way, now owning 5 horses and a backpackers hostel.
Brian and marianna have 4 sons who all have been riding on and off over the years, although not into it like girls are, but they still go for a trek sometimes with the family.
The 6 horses they own are all great and also awesome to teach kids on.
The horses are : Lady, Prince, Freckles, Snoopy,Freedom and Venus .
We also take tourists who want to got for a trek on the farm as well as 3 day riding camps to Matakana island and now to Lakesranch Rotorua .
